NICOLE SLADE, PROGRAM OFFICER OF CASE MANAGEMENT AND INTAKE & PLACEMENT

Nicole Slade has been with ChildNet since 2020. As the Program Officer for Case Management and Intake & Placement, she oversees the Intake and Placement Department and Case Management, including the Extended Foster Care Unit, the Specialty Courts, Family Treatment Court, Early Childhood Court, Therapeutic Court, Supportive Administrative Staff and Dependency Specialists.

Nicole started her career in Child Welfare in 2000 as a Dependency Case Manager for the Department of Children and Families where she stayed in this role for 5 years before being promoted to a supervisor. Nicole continued her role as a supervisor through the Privatization of Case Management and landed with Children’s Home Society in 2005. Nicole was promoted through the ranks becoming a Program Director of Case Management and then the Director of Program Operations over Case Management. She remained with Children’s Home Society for 15 years before joining ChildNet.

Nicole earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Florida A&M University and her Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Troy University.
