Jason Tracey comes to us with a considerable amount of experience in both the private and public sectors. Jason oversees and leads the legal department and serves as the Chief Legal Officer providing direction on all major legal and regulatory issues. Additionally, Jason facilitates corporate compliance, governance, and supports departments and staff through all of ChildNet’s legal proceedings.
Jason served in the private sector as in-house counsel and in the public sector as an Assistant County Attorney and as a Specialized Prosecutor. Jason’s extensive civil and criminal litigation experience is profoundly beneficial to our team. He also has wide-ranging experience in real estate matters.
Jason also has an impressive catalog of speaking engagements on both legal and non-legal subject matters, including teaching CLEs, motivating students as the featured commencement speaker at multiple public and private institutions, delivering seminars to law enforcement and bank officers, and offering team building exercises to non-profit organizations.
On a personal note, Jason is a doting husband and father of two young sons. He is passionate about education, family and being an advocate for the voiceless.
