Lila Cavasos, Director of Contract & Licensing Services

Lila Cavasos, Director of Contract & Licensing Services joined the ChildNet team in December 2002. Lila served as the Executive Director of a local children's mental health organization for three years prior to joining the ChildNet team. She has also worked for the Department of Children & Families in the Family Safety Program and Alcohol, Drug Abuse and Mental Health Program offices for 6 years.

The Contract Management unit's function is to design and implement a comprehensive child welfare service delivery system that fully meets the needs of the children and families that we serve. The Licensing department ensures that contracted service providers adhere to the licensing standards set by the State of Florida. This department works as conduit between ChildNet, the lead agency and provider agencies to assist with all licensing concerns. ChildNet, currently contracts with 32 community agencies to provide a full array of child welfare services.
