Dawn Liberta, Director, Intake & Placement

Dawn Liberta, Director of Intake & Placement, joined ChildNet as a Child Advocate Supervisor in November 2003. Dawn came to ChildNet after five years with the Department of Children & Families.

As the Director, Dawn ensures that SafePlace offers a secure haven to children upon being removed from their home. ChildNet's Intake and Placement Unit provides Early Service Intervention to the child and family and transfers the case to the field for case management by a Child Advocate. SafePlace identifies alternative placements and arranges medical care for children entering care.
