The Road to Independence Program provides financial funding for youths formerly in foster care to continue their education.  The program is available for youths, ages 18-21.

Requirements for the Road to Independence Program:

• Actively enrolled in a full-time educational program
• In high school full time
• Full-time GED program within 2 years of taking the test (16-20 hours a week)
• Post secondary education with high school diploma or GED/special diploma
• Former foster care youth ages 18-21 - You must apply by your 21st birthday
• Resident of Florida
