Therapeutic Foster Care serves children with emotional and behavioral problems in a structured foster home setting. The foster parents are specially trained and supported by a treatment team composed of psychiatrists, therapists, and a program manager. The therapists do in home counseling to help the foster parents learn the skills necessary to effectively work with the children in their home.
